By using Emperor of the Sea you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the site.

For players 18+. You are responsible for following your local laws. If you are under the required age in your region, do not use the service.

Emperor of the Sea is social entertainment only: no wagers, no real-money gambling, no cash value. Any meters or progress bars pace gameplay — they do not represent financial outcomes. Take breaks; keep it fun.

Some features may require an optional account. Provide accurate details and keep credentials secure. One account per person. Do not impersonate, share passwords, or bypass limits. Abuse may lead to restrictions or suspension.

Be respectful. Do not post illegal content, harass, dox, threaten, or spread hate. No bots, exploits, automation, reverse engineering, scraping, or activity that harms fairness or availability. Share only content you have the right to share.

Names, logos, art, code, and other assets are protected. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the site. Do not copy, distribute, adapt, or remix except as allowed by law or with our written consent.

In-game items and progress have no monetary value and are not redeemable. We may rebalance, reset, or remove items to fix bugs, protect players, or improve fairness. Optional boosts affect pacing, not value.

We may update features, run experiments, pause parts of the site, or revise these Terms. Significant changes will appear here. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation or compatibility across all devices/regions.

To the extent permitted by law, Emperor of the Sea and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the site. Where local rules limit such disclaimers, those rules govern.

We may use vendors (hosting, email, analytics, error monitoring). They operate under their own terms/policies and process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.

Sharing ideas grants us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use them to improve the service. Feedback is voluntary and non-confidential.
